Turns out, this group of kindergarteners was way more emotionally mature than their 1st grade counterparts.
Although, the one bad thing about a group of well-behaved, respectful, academically on-target kindergarteners is that there’s really not much to talk about at the end of the day.
Unless you want to hear how I came precariously close to stepping on Ferdinand, the classroom pet when I first came into the room. How one doesn’t notice a rather large pet tortoise crawling across the carpet within the first five minutes of arrival is beyond me.
Otherwise, everything went swimmingly. Which means I now have nothing to talk about.
